    *Zoom sessions open sooner than in person on average.

    Payment and Policies:  
    *Insurance is not accepted at this time.  Payment is due upon session and a sliding scale is available for those in need if availability allows.  
    *A super bill with NPI and a Taxonomy code can be provided with advanced notice prior to sessions and will not be more than 2 months backdated if not set up in advance. Clients need to check with your insurance to see if NPI and Taxonomy codes will suffice without a diagnostic code. I am not licensed to give a diagnostic code.
    *Some conditions may require a release of information from your doctor or therapist.
    *A 24 hour cancelation policy is strictly enforced.
